Randy Crosby

Randy is the Chief Administrative Officer for Ovation Communities. In his role, Randy founded and currently directs and oversees art | ovation. He is also responsible for aesthetic capital projects on our campuses including renovations, building modernization, remodeling, and interior design services.

Randy has been working with Ovation Communities since 1980, and started off as the Assistant administrator at the Jewish Home working with Nita Corré. While working as the Assistant Administrator Randy started the human resources department for the Jewish Home. Randy left Ovation for three years to work for Building Service Inc. doing sales for contract interiors. When Randy came back to Ovation Communities Chai Point was in the process of being built and Randy started his position as the facilities manager for Chai Point and the Bader Center. Randy was very involved in the opening of Ovation Sarah Chudnow and the interior design of the building.

Randy earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology and English from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. After completing his undergraduate degree Randy went on to get a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison in Business, healthcare administration and gerontology.
