Hospice and palliative care is a philosophy of care focused on comfort and quality of life at the end of life. It is designed to support the whole person with care provided by a team of specially trained professionals and, if desired, the companionship of volunteers. At Ovation Jewish Home and Ovation Sarah Chudnow, we aim to provide comfort and support to family members by offering pastoral counseling and grief support.

Our staff partners with providers to provide the following services for those in need of hospice or palliative care:

  • Pain management
  • Specially trained nurses and social workers
  • Treatments and services that address comfort and quality of life
  • Family support services
  • Spiritual care for the family
