Tanya Mazor-Posner, Vice President of Development of the Jewish Home and Care Center Foundation, is training for the 2020 Jerusalem Marathon in honor of all the individuals benefiting from
donations to the ongoing 50 for 50 campaign.
Tanya has been training for the marathon since last November, and recently ran her first marathon, the Lakefront Marathon, from Grafton High School to Milwaukee’s Summerfest grounds. Family and friends were there to cheer her on as she pushed through 26.2 miles.
The 50 for 50 campaign goal is to raise $50,000 as part of Tanya’s 50th birthday year celebration. This amazing campaign will benefit three organizations including: Ovation Communities — specifically the Geriatric Career Development program, The Friends of Israel Defense Forces — specifically earmarked for Lone Soldiers, and Bader Hillel Academy.
These three organizations are very dear to Tanya’s heart and she is looking forward to being able to impact the lives of thousands through these efforts. Weekly posts about this fundraising campaign are posted to the Foundation’s Facebook and Instagram accounts as well as the 50 for 50 Facebook (@50for50TMPCampaign) and Instagram (@fifty.for.fifty) accounts.
