Additional Health & Care Services
Ovation’s continuum of care creates a holistic and comprehensive array of health and care services to fit you or your loved one’s needs.
Outpatient
Providing a full range of physical, occupational, and speech therapy on an outpatient basis, the Jewish Home & Care Center offers a variety of services. We use the latest equipment to make you or your loved one’s recovery safe and lasting. Conditions we help treat include:
- Joint replacement and fractures
- Lymphedema
- Stroke
- Cognitive retraining (memory, sequencing)
Respite Care
The Jewish Home & Care Center offers short-term respite care for individuals recuperating from surgery, illness, or other health issues, while receiving 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment. Stays usually last two to four weeks and include the following services:
- 24-hour care by trained caregivers
- Private single-bed guest rooms
- Housekeeping and daily bed linen services
- Medication management and medical needs supervision
Transitional Care
Transitional care is designed for those recovering from a surgery or illness who are no longer in need of 24-hour skilled nursing care, but would like additional, temporary, assisted living support until they are ready to return home. Services for respite residents include:
- A beautifully furnished and decorated apartment with kitchenette
- Licensed nursing staff onsite 24-hours a day
- Three delicious kosher meals per day, and snacks as needed
- Transportation coordination for medical appointments
