Candice Watson
Resident Services Director, Kavod Terrace
Candice Watson joined Ovation Communities in August 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience across the full spectrum of senior care. She began her healthcare career at the age of 16, working as a CNA while still in high school. She has since developed extensive expertise in home health, assisted living, private duty care, skilled nursing, hospice, and long-term acute care.
Candice advanced her education to become a nurse, allowing her to assume increasingly complex leadership roles. These roles include managing a home health company, supporting multiple senior living communities, and serving in key positions in education, quality improvement, and independent living operations within Ascension. Her diverse background and deep commitment to compassionate care guide her work at Ovation.
Outside of work, Candice’s life is filled with family, activity, and creativity. She is a proud mother of seven—both biological and adopted—and shares her home with two dogs, a cat, two birds, and a chinchilla. Her children’s busy sports schedules keep her on the go, and she enjoys coaching a volleyball team. When she has downtime, she loves traveling with her family and hosting themed gatherings. This is where she can bring her passion for decorating and entertaining to life.
Candice is thrilled to be a part of Ovation Communities. She looks forward to contributing to its mission while growing alongside the residents, families, and team members she serves.
