An Outreach Program of our Adult Day Services designed to enhance wellness, brain health, and social connection
With the independence of home living combined with the connection of being a part of a joyful community, our Recharge: Brain Health and Wellness program provides a spectrum of engaging activities for individuals experiencing memory loss.

Personalized Support Services
ReCharge: Brain Health and Wellness offers an innovative, interactive program that focuses on living well. Compassionate support services, activities, and socialization enable members to continue living at home while enjoying the benefits of joining a lively community of friends. Our professional staff designs a personalized day that promotes meaningful relationships and choice while supporting changing needs, and we have an outstanding reputation providing care for individuals with memory loss.
Program Offerings
Participants can choose from a wide variety of interactive brain health and wellness programs, offered in-person at Ovation Communities or virtually.

ReCharge: Brain Health & Wellness Class
A research-based, 4-hour interactive program designed to improve memory through socialization, physical exercise, and mental workouts.
- Engage in educational topics related to the brain and memory
- Participate in mental and physical exercises
- Learn memory techniques and strategies
- Enjoy social support, creativity, and laughter
GUIDED CLASS OPTIONS
Classroom-Based (In-Person):
Mondays & Wednesdays, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm CDT
Auditory/Visual (In-Person):
Thursdays, 10:00 am – 2:00 pm CDT
Virtual (via Zoom):
Tuesdays, 10:00 am – 11:30 am CDT
Thursdays, 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm CDT

ReCharge Social Club
A program offering social connection and engagement through mental fitness exercises, adapted art classes, entertainers, guest speakers, and community experiences. Ovation Social Club improves the quality of life through meaningful social connections.
In-Person:
Fridays 10:00 am – 2:00 pm CST

SPARK!
A sophisticated, collaborative program with the Jewish Museum Milwaukee, encouraging creativity, exploration, and hands-on art experiences. The SPARK! Adult Memory Care Programs stimulate curiosity and engagement for participants of all interests and comfort levels.

1st & 3rd Fridays of the month, 10:00 am – 11:30 am CST

Community Brain Health & Wellness Workshops
Interactive educational workshops on proactive brain health and emotional well-being. Topics include:
- Explore the Original Blue Zones: The Places on Earth Where People Live Their Longest and Healthiest Lives
- It’s Never Too Early or Late to Start a Brain Fitness Program
- Shomer Hagoof: Taking Care of Your Body and Mind

Support & Resources
We understand that caregivers need support as much as participants. Our resources include:
Caregiver Support Groups
Facilitated by a Master-Level Social Worker, this group is dedicated to providing care and support for individuals who care for loved ones with memory loss. These in-person and online groups focus on reducing stress, enhancing understanding of memory loss, and providing tools for relaxation and stress management.

1st and 3rd Fridays of the month from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm CST
Monthly e-newsletter
The monthly Touch Points: A Spark of Light with Dana newsletter offers creative connections, home and community activity ideas, brain health tips, and strategies to boost positivity.
Family Consultation
Helps families cope with new challenges, plan for the future, and better understand memory loss.
